Ok, so apart from the lack of spell check (please please, do pick me up on my spelling any time you spot it's wrong), and the inability to drop a good GIF into a thread, I've also been noticing a severe lack of hashtags and at's!...

Forgive my ignorance having been away so long, I'd class myself as a reborn Forum newbie, but are they frowned upon, have their use been banned? was there a meeting? Did you all have a vote?

Welcome back..... I think there was some kind of discussion somewhere in the higher levels of the forum and it was decided that hashtags are for use only to underline a point or for comedic reasons.

Not really sure because I wasnt invited
