FabSwingers.com forum: Two profiles one person. Is this possible?

I friended a guy on here a while ago

and then one day noticed his profile had disappeared off my friends page. We had been chatting elsewhere for a while. I asked him about it and he said he was taking a break from the site. A few days later I noticed a new profile same name etc. But I also noticed another profile as well. Virtually the same age and location and a photo which looks very much like the other guy I was talking to except this one says he is Bi. I could be wrong but I’m wondering if this could possibly be the same person. I did try a reverse image search but nothing came up.

So my question is - would it actually be possible for the same person to have two profiles on here simultaneously? And if so could I/should I ask someone to look into it or should I just leave well alone?

I have had a bad experience before with someone pretending to be someone else so I am much more wary these days. I appreciate that I could be wrong and I’d really value your opinions please.

There is a guy local to us with two v different profiles

It's quite amusing since some of the pics are the same but the preferences are either end of the scale!

Yep, easy to do I'm afraid. People get kicked off the site, open a new Gmail and start a new profile. No way to get around it until fab introduce credit card verification on sign up.

Yes. Totally possible. I’ve had a similar experience but I called the guy out on it. He denied it but there were too many similarities. Photos were a give away, profile details and verifications all very similar.

I once had my profile copied verbatim.

Different pics to me, but it caused confusion around my local area at the time as he was pissing people off before I had a chance to put them off with my own inadequate chat and grating personality.

There are numerous people on here with two or more profiles. Sometimes to get around filters and sometimes to troll with one and argue with themselves in the forums.

Sometimes the additional profiles are honeytraps or info gathering.

Yes ive seen this. One single man 2 profiles, same pics but different names, locations and ages. Both profiles verified as genuine by meet. I’d spoke to both, each accused the other of being a cat fish and reporting but ‘nothing had been done’. I decided it was in my best interest to not interact with either profile further. Last i knew both profiles were still running merrily.

Yes , I came across several people who has two accounts. one guy even had 3 profiles as he kept sending me a message (no response/delete) then blocked it, he started using the next one and when I blocked 2nd , he messaged with his 3rd

ffs!

Checked my blocked list, they were all active and online so not that he deleted one and created another.

It’s the same with these two profiles. The Bi one is interested in everything. The other is more selective.

Perhaps they should. It kind of defeats the object of kicking people off the site on the first place.

I did message the second profile but they didn’t respond directly to my comments.

If not want to meet bi guys I would suggest setting up a dud profile over on fabs sister site

Get a good kick out off seeing a profile hear straight and profile over there bi

Even funnier when they have profile text over here stating they single and on sister site

I’d say marred have to be discreet can only meet day time

That’s true I suppose. I wasn’t aware people could have more than one profile and it’s their business if that is what they chose to do. My suspicions were based on previous negative personal experiences but I appreciate your offering me an alternative perspective.

This one was blocked I thought..... so I made a new one then tried to log in on this one and it let me ...... I very rarely use the other one but when I did peeps local guessed we were the same hehe xxxxx

Very common particularly with men having a straight and bi profile. Also some women who have more public profiles to fish for Fabs on their photos and forum interaction, then a private one for chatting with friends.

I noticed 2 guys look at our profile the other day with the same pic. When I checked their profiles, one was straight and one was bi, exactly the same details on it other than the veri’s.

Was going to message him but I forgot about it. So clearly does happen

I technically have 2 profiles, but the other is a couple profile.

In some cases 2 profiles makes sense, for different types of meet. You would expect very different text and photos though.

I know women who have told me they have more than one profile. It's harmless and they have their reasons mostly associated with their security and being able to block on the main one. Men have written to them on both profiles unkowingly so they have had a giggle at the identical messages sent I believe.

It sounds like many people have had negative experiences with the multiple profile types so better to be wary.

But sometimes it's really just for decent reasons. Such as couples meeting alone.

I have this one and for a while had one as a male too as that is often how I would meet as the logistics of doing everything as a crossdresser just isn't possible so wanted to show that side of me.

Apparently it isn't allowed so it's gone, it wasn't used to get around filters or anything untoward rather just to have both sides of me separate so that I don't have both male and crossdresser pics on one profile should anyone from my vanilla life happen to come across this profile and put two and two together.
