Why does it need rehoming?

If it's a neighbours dog and you're putting up with constant barking then yes along with the neighbours,if it's your own then I'm afraid not.

Do you have permission to rehome someone else’s animal?

If not then leave it alone.

If it a regular problem, report it to your local council. Even better if you can provide details of when and how long it barks.

I'm not sure if the neighbours like sausages. Maybe if I swapped the dog for a steak and kidney ?

I'd say it's fine - just leave a note for the owners;

"Dear Owners,

woof woof woof.

Woof woof woof woof woof woof, woof woof.

Regards

The dog.

P.s. all the time you've had me you've called me by the wrong name (google translate used).

Yes. Absolutely you can. I think it’s in the bible

‘And on the seventh day God finished his work that he had done, and he rested on the seventh day from all his work that he had done. And the dogs that were disturbing the peace were rehomed far away’

If the dog is always outside barking, there's usually a reason for it. Don't blame the animal, blame the owners.

I know this post is tongue and cheek but think of a dog's welfare before your ears
