Do you subscribe to any magazines or even buy them now and again ?

I get four four two if I can get an offer on the subscription, something nice when it lands unexpectedly because I've forgot

Both. The odd brackish article too

Its got a functional title. I think most mags do to target the correct audience.

I don’t mind a crossword, hate it when there’s one you just can’t get

Hefty Hideaway

BBC History for me. I had to start buying it after discovering their podcast.

It’s a nice supplement to my degree and signposts me places that are useful to my research.

RockSound for the kid (but I always end up borrowing it). It used to be Kerrang! but they stopped publishing when the ‘rona hit. She preferred Kerrang! (...so did I).

Not as regularly as I use to, but favs use to be Empire and Total Film. Also those human interest mags, Love It, That's Life, Pick Me Up etc.. Crime Scene is another.

Problem is I suffer from the geek affliction of being a comics collector. Which means I'm a hoarder. And those sort of mags are supposed to be 'throw away'.

I used to have a subscription to one of the Land Rover magazines.

I'll occasionally buy a copy if there's an interesting article in it.

Not anymore.

The internet covers everything in a much more accessible way, and all the news is much more up to date.
