Quick question...

If two people who aren’t verified by meets meet I’m guessing they can’t verify each other? Or am I missing something?

Yes, it’s commonly known as the unverified paradox, where if two unverified people meet did the meet actually happen, it’s similar to when a tree falls over in a forest does the tree yell ‘timber!’.

Yeah - being "verified" is like an infectious disease - you can catch it only from someone who's already got it.

It's to stop people setting up additional accounts to verify their others
