I sometimes run a cold bath and leave it full, then if I wake up red hit I’ll get up and go sit in it 10 mins, come out complexity cooled down and I drift back off to sleep easily.

Sorry... have I missed something? It's not that hot, it's pleasantly warm

When I'm somewhere properly hot I shower frequently and spray/splash my face with water when out and about.

Loose clothes and a sun hat help too.

You can get cooling gel pads that help. My husband always runs hot and uses one in his pillow when it's warm.

I hope so too. Pregnancy and heat are not a good combination.

Cal got ours from Asda but they are JML ones so if you're really struggling you should be able to grab one there or anywhere that sells JML stuff.
