Think everything got delayed this year due to the weather so now there's a pollen bomb going on where everything flowers at once!

Paradise, Herts

I know a few people who get the injection and swear by it. Think it’s about £80. Not available on NHS but apparently works.

Mine has been bad too. Do you have any local bee keepers? Local honey is a life saver, just a spoonful a day.

Scunthorpe

I've had hayfever and grass allergy since I was very young.

I find that Lloyd's Chemist own version of piriton works best fir me. The ones where you can take up to 6 a day.

Though it's definitely bad at the moment, and is affecting my eyes in an evening. Need to go but eye drops.

I have also heard that the injection works well, but £80 is a bit excessive...

Bedfuck

I use beconase nasal spray, stops working around 2pm , 4 pm if I'm lucky.

Can't use it too much in a day as it wears the effect and bad for airways.

Next best is plain old water, a good drink and dowsing and inhale.

Definitely swear by the injection. It's £80 but it lasts for like 8months or so and I can certainly justify that for the freedom of breathing properly and not having my eyes and nose running like a Olympic runner

I used to get it really bad but I think I'm growing out of it. I do keep on top of my meds just incase but they barely touched the sides a few years back

"I know a few people who get the injection and swear by it. Think it’s about £80. Not available on NHS but apparently works. "

I asked for the jab in my teens and 20's, I was refused it each time I asked for it.

I found Triludan Forte worked brilliantly, but it gave you liver/,kidney failure if you took it with fruit juices.

It takes me about 2 months of taking antihistamines, for my hayfever to get under control.

I feel sorry for the people who have to do the pollen count, what a thankless task that is.
