I loved to mix and match any old shit from charity shops and armly surplus, had a great pair of black wrestling style boots but with chunky soles... I'd still wear them now if I could find a pair

Was always pinching me dads clothes too, his dressing gown, his wedding waistcoat, top hat, vests ...we knew how to mix it up in the eighties lol!

Fareham

Birmingham bags with a pocket on the side of each leg and a massive waistband with four buttons.

A 'star' jumper - brown acrylic wool (never been within a mile of a sheep)

A tartan scarf tied around my wrist

MASSIVE 4" block shoes (many a girl suffered broken ankles falling off them)

The 70s ... the decade taste forgot!

I was the same - my trousers came down to the floor so it looked like I had no feet. And when it rained, the water would wick up to my knees and I'd 'flap' along with my flares slapping against each other. Classy eh?
