Depends on the type of tablet it is. The ones that are chalky can be a bit of a struggle and make me gag lol

Quite easily. There was a telly piece about the tiny cameras people swallow now instead of having a colonoscopy. These things are NOT tiny, I'm not sure I'd be able to get one of them down
