Is it the case that people have to see your profile pic before they can look at your profile is this is the case then they must like your pic in the first place which is a good this is it not

Personally, yes. Unless I'm just being nosey, I won't even look at a profile unless I think I'd find that person attractive from what I can see on their profile picture. But, like everything, some people will say yes, and others will say no.

No, anyone can look at any bit of your profile, even if it's blank.

Lots of people look in stealth mode so you wont know who has looked at you.
