Can they just stop for the purpose of making the configuration of the forums easier to use when people are using their phones.

If you don’t exit the thread after it’s reached maximum capacity you’re still able to comment when it’s closed due to it being too big.

For someone to be able to comment on that thread to keep bumping it hours apart they must have that thread open somewhere on a device or multiple devices which is quite sad really. Just let it die and drop off the page.
