Friends with benefit

Has any of you started off as friends for benefits but then it becomes more one way.. how did you deal with it

No I never experienced that OP.

I may sound cold here but my fwb's were carefully selected (not at all saying yours are not) more that I chose them for a purpose. Obviously sexual attraction, and a connection with their personality and humour but the main point was that I could never consider them as potential relationship partners and that I could very easily walk away from them.

With me being clear to myself and with them this helped reduce that risk of one sided feelings from me anyway and enabled great fun for however long it lasted to be the ethos.

In the end I walked away from them because I felt it had run its course as I was no longer super excited to meet up, instead it started to feel like a familiar routine.

I hope things work out for you OP.

Nope not cold at all I need to change my way of thinking... just ive known him since I was 11 then he moved away at 21 lost contact for 28 years met up 3 yrs ago decided we would friends with benefits then he said we were a bit more than friends with benefits I grew alot fonder where he still friends. Need to change lol

I’ve had a couple of friends who I’ve slept with… one is still my friend, the other who is married couldn’t accept that I spend time with other ladies and hates my guts! Go figure!?!

Isn't FWB an NSA arrangement so why expect the other person to have an emotional investment in it ? surly its unfair to expect that.
