surrounded by twinkly lights

I have it on for child related emergencies, with Internet data/WiFi turned off so no notifications

Unless you need to have it on incase of child related issues then I think its disrespectful and rude.

This is one of the reasons I am not meeting atm

I have poorly parents who need a lot of time and I am also the main contact for the medical / care staff who are involved

My phone is on 24/7

If it rang, I would answer it

If it pinged, I'd ignore it but would be distracted

I would dearly love a meet in theory

The realities at the moment simply don't play out though

"If anyone stopped and looked at their phone while with me id end play"

Unless it was an emergency I’d do the same!

Reason I ask is mate of mine called me about this women he met and she stopped play a few times to answer the phone when it dinged.

She got up one time went into the bathroom to chat to someone, he says she was gigglin so chances it was another guy.

While she was in there he got dressed and headed out the door.

I have kids and always put my phone on the bedside table face down if I’m at a meet. No way to recorded a meet if the camera is facing the ceiling so it wouldn’t be a problem and I wouldn’t accept anyone telling me I couldn’t get my phone out. I hardly ever take a bag out with me and it’s not like lingerie has pockets either so it has to go on the side.

However, I’d only answer the phone if it was my daughter and if she called more then once as I’d want to make sure everything was ok.

Everyone else can wait and I wouldn’t answer messages/whats apps either til Iv left.

Another guy or not, that is so rude. Your mate was right.

Your mate was right to leave. She was taking the piss.

In a ball gown because that's how we roll in N. Devon

Phone goes on silent.

And if I'm in the middle of play and can remember I've even got a phone, something is very wrong with how things are going

My phone is always on silent in case my wife or one of my mistresses calls....But joking aside, I find it quite rude when you're trying to have a conversation and someone is clearly more interested in their phone.

This is why i wont do socials. Just a waste of time and effort when they just mess about on the phone.

I would be tempted to walk out if someone was spending more time on their phone.

I usually put mine of silent, or check it afterwards rather than as soon as a notification arrives.
