"Ive got about 30 herbs and spices at least in my cupboard. When i went shopping id forget which ones id got. So what ive done is written a list and stuck inside the cupboard door, so if i want to use some i know which ones ive got without emptying them all out and then finding i havent got the one i want lol. I tend to use them lots and stock cubes" Don't forget you have to change ground ones every 3 months | |||

"Paprika has probably got the shortest shelf life. But if you keep them in those clik lok tubs in the dark they will last a bit longer. Brands make a big difference too. Always go for good quality like East End, Rajah or Supreme. Not the supermarket rubbish" Do all the labels face the same way in the cupboard too? | |||
