Shangri-La

I did roast beef as its what was requested by the boy. How silly of me to think he was gonna be here to ear it. Well more fool him as there are none of those little roast pots cripsy bits left now.

Did you just assemble your chips to make a word 'salad'?

I love making salad. Newman’s ranch dressing with cucumber, mixed salad/lettuce, majestic vine tomatoes with potatie. Egg, grated cheese, grated carrots, luxury Cole slaw, Heinz salad cream with spring onion with either cooked chicken or piri piri chicken.

On that note .. I recently mixed up pickled beetroot with potato salad and white onion and blue cheese dressing..sounds strange but tastes good

I'm having salmon , stir fry veggies and Jersey royal new potatoes done in a creamy garlic and herb sauce...

I'm even tempted to add lumps to the gravey..purposely.
