The Town by The Cross

Do I put instant mash on top of the lentil base I made and froze and make believe it's delicious cos I browned it on top .......

OR... buy a chippy fish.

It's important.

Oh .... and to reward you for your opinion feel free to shout out to anyone we don't know who is having a birthday or a baby soon ...... or even a promotion or a shag really ...... just tell them well done.

Me first tho.... what am I eating tonight ?

Vegan cheese is more like soap. maybe i'll have soap on it.

Or Yeast flakes..... they are tasty.

I found some brilliant vegan cheese but I can't remember what it was called.

Sorry that's not much help.

Co Durham

Add some garlic or chilli oil or chop in fresh herbs... mash heaven.

A caponata with crusty bread or pasta, or roast aubergine with tomato and chilli sauce are so good even confirmed carnivores can't resist.

Personally, nothing quite like a salty crumpet...
