And burpees but that goes without saying

Oh and counting plates.... Last night I thought I was squatting 90kg but turns out it was 85kg as was 5kg lighter on one side.... Thought I felt a bit off centre haha

Fixed it and ended the session 95kg for 5......boom!

They help with blood flow, oxygenate the muscles, apparently. All the blood seems to flow to my head in a fit of rage trying to peel it off

I've got a zip front one, and it's like trying to get two hyperactive puppies into the bath at once...you get one in and the other one escapes and runs off

It's a workout in itself just trying to get that bad boy on...give me the over the head contortions of trying to wrestle boobage into industrial strength elastic any day!
