It’s quite specific but I’d go chicken katsu curry. With some sides you can snack on later or for breakfast

Missin’ Yo’ Kissin’

Crispy shredded beef. with boiled rice & a sauce?

My nearest Chinese shop did a sort of brown sauce meets barbeque sauce..... Very nice!

With Japanese & Chinese stuff I have I could get close but not exact!? I asked them & even suggested possible ingredients they might have used - they just laughed their arses off!
