Who's near

I keep getting this message when I tag on to who's near and no matter what I do its doesn't fix it. Its not my phone as the who's near on fabguys works ok

I had exactly this problem. It took me ages to fix it. It was something to do with the browser having a list of sites that are allowed to use my location. Which browser are you using?
