I've worked on a fair few building sites where we've converted old industrial units/workshops into offices if that's any good OP

Couldn't work in an office maself though, it would drive me batshit crazy

Haha yes! I work with a proper Brent at the moment. Someone mentioned the similarities to him a while back (just before the pandemic) and he was deeply offended. Didn't change his behaviour though, if anything he's even more Brent-ish!
