If you need food but struggle to actually chew and eat, liquid calories can be helpful. Swap some of your carbs out to things like fruit juices to bring down the volume of the meal. Keep protein high to around 1g/lb of BW and go to town. -Steve | |||

Good advice ![]() I was the same when working out..I lost so much weight but was very toned. I tried protein shakes, they did not agree with me. | |||
