New York stone sour

50ml bourbon

50ml orangejuice

30ml sugar syrup

30ml lemon juice

Mix in shaker over ice

Serve in a rocks glass

Float 25ml red wine over the top

A double dark rum

A good glut of ginger beer

A squirt of lime juice (optional)

Use tall glass with crushed ice cubes. Add rum.

Pour in ginger beer and lime juice.

Stir & Garnish with a lime wedge.

I always float the dark rum on the top, am I doing it wrong. Goslings black seal is my rum of choice for a dark and stormy.

On a hot day though I do rather enjoy a mojito.

50ml tequila

50ml pineapple juice

25 ml agave nectar

15ml like juice

Technically it's a Margarita (and it's fucking lovely!)
