It had been a tough week and I feel totally exhausted and mentally tired now.

Too much stress at work is not healthy, another four weeks to go and then I am free to enjoy a break.

Thinking of ordering some food, then a glass or two in front of the TV, go to bed early and try to find some sleep.

I have done a 5 mile trail run on a local mountain, am in the bath now and later I will pick my daughter up from the train station. Then it's chill out time with my boyfriend after he returns home from rock climbing.
