I make a mean vegi ramen, I’m not meaning just noodles in a pan for a few minuets, I go to the point of making a soup, arranging the veg around the bowl to make it look amazing... and I never get to cook it for anyone else

I'm really enjoying cooking Spanish food at the moment.

Paella is my favourite to cook but it can be tricky to get right.

I do a dish of sweet peppers, spinach and mozzarella wrapped in chicken, crumb coated and fried. Served with a very light mushroom cream sauce, asparagus and garlic roasted potatoes.

It's a beautiful looking dish when served up correctly.

Nearer than you think

Lamb kleftico... followed by a wicked dark chocolate and cognac mousse. That's my "entertaining" menu and it's well-practised!

That sounds good! I make something similar using a miso soup base along with some tofu thrown in for the thrill of it

Gino’s authentic Bolognese Sauce! It is a labour of love and takes hours to cook, plus you should have enough of the red wine to make it all worthwhile! It is heaven!!

I'd like to learn how to make a good potatoe curry.

Lamb roast is my favourite at the moment.

I like crazy combo's as s seen on Drive ins diners and dives.

Every time I watch that programme I want to cook and eat.
