Specifically: penetration. If you've seen A Clockwork Orange you'll know that Alex (lead droog) refers to it as "the old in-and-out" but is there more to it than that?

Speed, rhythm, angle, depth... do these matter or is it best if a man just pounds away like a jackhammer and gets the whole sinful business over with?

I try to keep it varied but in rhythm, starting slow and steady and getting faster with the progress but not too pushy. Think about an acoustic blues, or slow 1960s rock.

It also helps trying to hit the G-spot with your pushes, it is located on the front upper wall of the vagina and very sensitive, so don't push too hard or aggressive, but be gentle and with care
