My OH is going to give up the nasty smelling cancer sticks......i really hope he does as i hate the fact he smokes its the only negative thing i can say about him....its no good to his health plus the smell....turns my stomach everytime......so heres to PP and giving up the vile fags...you can do it mr i know u can....im behind ya 100% so bend huni and breatheeeee

I've never smoked,, no holier than thou from me,.. however if you 'really' want to give up you'll do it.I know loads who have.. fingers crossed you do, the money you'll save (you'll spend on something else) the health benefits all good reasons ,

Good luck to your man, i got me an e-cig about 7 weeks ago and havnt looked at a normal ciggy since!! I can feel the difference when im playin footy or runnin round with the kids, the added bonus is you still get the buzz of smoking but with non of the shite! I sooooo loved smoking too oh yeah an instead of spending £7 a day im now only spending £7 a week now!

Read an article the other day on e-cigs..they can cause more harm than good..but thats just what i read.. I went for hynotherapy which stopped me for over a year, started again tho due to unforeseen circumstances. Instead of going cold turkey try the 'timer' method and just gradually cut down..set timer for longer periods each time and just keep his hands busy lol. But once a smoker always a smoker..you never quite get rid of the urge so dont be too down on him if he struggles.. All the very best tho to OH.

Know how hard it is to give up anything so as i said im behind him all the way....togeva we shall conquer...hes got a list of treats he will get on each step of the ladder...so....

Choice A (smoking) is a revolver with 2 chambers out of 6 loaded.

Choice B (vaping) is a selection of revolvers (about 17), only one of which has 1 chamber loaded.
