In honour of 'Global Running Day 2021' (which today is apparently), I went for a 6k run along the river. It was a beautiful morning and there were lots of geese about herding cute little chicks. I promptly undid all my good work by having a massive veggie cooked breakfast when I got home.

Been to the gym, sunbeds, walked the dog, been to the post office....now I'm chilling out! Got a boxing class later...shower then back to chilling out! It might not make the world happy but it makes me smile!
