"Joined the gym ![]() Well done OP...a mixture of High Intensity Interval Training...and free weights is good all over toning and fat burning...remember to start at a level that suits you and build it up gradually..results don't show over night but damage to muscles will...feel the slight burn when working out but not real pain...always stretch and warm up before and always stretch and cool down after and plenty of water to keep hydrated...target the area's you want to work...once those feel good morphine's kick in you'll feel great and proud of the work out you have done..Enjoy and good luck OP ![]() | |||

"Hi Op hope you enjoy your new gym. not sure if it's been mentioned yet but I would recommend taking any classes if they are held at the gym. For me this is the best way to get the most value from a gym. You can have regular workouts in a structured session with a qualified trainer. Most gym classes are for all levels so there is no negative pressure. You can also get an idea of what kind of fitness activities you like doing. Best of luck ![]() Thank you | |||
