It is very sunny and warm again, and I'm gonna go for a walk in a bit!

I'll be off out shortly too.

Along the canal, sit at the edge with a bite to eat, something refreshing to drink, watching the boats come and go. I find it really peaceful, calming and i enjoy it. I have started doing this a lot lately… find your happy place

After I've washed, had some food, will break out the factor 50+ & do some gardening....

They said it was 24 degrees whwew I am?

Been out in the garden on and off all day today and the weather here is beautiful, but warm for using the petrol strimmer for long periods of time but really doing my mood the world of good today, hope you enjoy it

Just back from my walk down by the river and back. I absolutely love long walks and lose myself with music and podcasts for the afternoon.

Saturday I did 20km as I needed to get to the next town to look at a car. Perfect route and weather made it a great day for me
