Cabbage soup...

... rocks!

Only applies to the one I make of course

Finely sliced cabbage, wilted slightly in the microwave with sesame oil and a pinch of salt, add chopped spring onions, add hot home-made chicken stock made with multiple carcasses, chilli oil and sesame seeds, salt and pepper to taste.

Cost next to nothing, very filling and nutritious, yum yum!!!
