Somewhere In The Ether…

Action films: It is customary for the hero in the final fight to be taking a good old beating from his nemesis…..until the soundtrack suddenly rouses and then he is given licence to kick arse

Somewhere In The Ether…

Action films again: The hero is usually contractually obliged to be shot in the shoulder or the upper arm (never in the legs, head or the torso) but will bear no ill effects from the said wound and may fight on as normal as long as they place their hand upon the injury for a few seconds

Mikoyan and Illushan built formidable aircraft, but the aircraft were well out of date by the late 90's.

Jumping in the car to evade the monster, beast, animal, killer and it not starting first time.

FFS I can't remember the last time my car wouldn't start.

Actually it was when I was trying to escape a Fab Meet and she was coming after me for a cuddle.

There’s never a red light during a car chase and everybody seems to always find a place to park right next to where they need to be.
