So I went down to Southend beach today and it turns but the sun is very hot and my legs have been burnt to fuck haha. Hope everyone have a nice Sunny day. I mean I like to see as much skin as I can but maybe pop some sun cream on haha x

After sun works, i got burned on sat, had to as was on the pitwall all day so no shade, it was bright red, not like when i used to work abroard, then i would just tan, and thats us both, and it was to hot to wear sleaves

I got burnt on the last day of a trip to Portugal

I wanted to stop at the supermarket on the way back from the airport to home - to get some natural yoghurt

My Mrs was insistent we had some (we didn't)

So picture me, lay on a towel on the bed, covered from head to toe in Muller Light black cherry

Get a towel, soak it in cold water, hold it on the burn until it's warmed up, then do it again. It'll reduce the damage a bit

Last time I got burnt was quite a few years ago in Tenerife. We arrived, wanted to go for a stroll and head for the beach. Wacked sun lotion on my son, didn't bother with myself since it was cloudy anyway.

Never got burnt so bad before!!!! One of the surfing instructors explained to me the effects of the sun and the white clouds a few days later. Wish I'd met him upon arrival

No. No-one has to burn. Regular applications of good sunscreen and breathable UV protective clothing and you won’t burn.

There’s no excuse for sunburn other than lack of care (he says, with burnt ears).

We have friends who’ve always been heavily tanned and now as we head into our 40’s they look like they are in their 50’s.

We’re happy lotioning up and running from patch of shade to patch of shade!

The best tan I ever got on holiday was tenerife and it was cloudy most days

For sunburn I highly recommend viscopaste

I wemt snorkeling on hols once. Creamed up before going in, but I had my shorts on when doing so and didn't think to cream my bum. My god did that sting like a really stingy sting..

Strawberry blonde hair and very pale skin. Last time I burnt was 10 years ago, I burnt, blistered, then bled.....I learnt my lesson, factor 50 wherever I go, make sure I’m covered up, and with days like today I just stay inside.
