As a bi cpl we get inundated with messages saying I'm bi but hide it I just think anyone who you know who sees your profile is on here to so why hide it

A lot of people wont meet bi guys (which is their right). Anyone can meet anyone they want for whatever reason as far as I'm concerned.

But some people want to cast wider nets or not be honest about themselves or what they are into.

Ergo some guys put straight on their profiles.

It would be a much better site if those guys just accepted who they really are and that not everyone will meet them but sime people just dont like any form of rejection so what are you gonna do?

Mostly due to the amount of women and couples who wont have anything to do with no guys.

So a lot with say straight to have a chance at them

1. Some are frauds. Not all, but some are. I presume it's to "increase" their chances of some action.

2. Some are unsure. Probably want to try but only with the right fella. And they are not sure how far they want to go either.

3. Some are genuinely bi, like myself.

However, that doesn't automatically mean I'll find every man to be my cup of tea. There needs to be a "spark".

In truth, both the missus and I are pansexual, or "gender blind".

But the OP is right, it's a bit of a minefield.

There's also a lot of "insecure" men out there who are trying to find their sexual identity in fear of societal and other repercussions and I do feel sorry for them.

But as a member of the patriarchy, all I can say is : "We built this."

It's time to tear that down.

if guys say they are bi and the profile says straight, then its a no from us, early one in our swinging life we met a guy who said this, he had no interest in the male , just the fem, its a way for them to get at the fem in our opinion, be honest on your profile, so many liers on here its untrue.

Best not to trust anyone's profile. People will do so much to just get into someone's knickers, it's unbelievable how much they are willing to hide.

Only meet the guys that state they are bi on their profile, and decline the others (they've already proven that they are either confused or lying), so now you know who to trust and who not to.

There’s still a lot of stigma against bi men. There are some people who will try and say they’re just ‘gay but in denial’.

There’s also a lot of women and couples who would refuse to meet openly bi men, presumably because they’re homophobic (whether they realise it or not).

Also fear of someone from their personal lives recognising them and they haven’t came out?

There’s lots of potential reasons

We get this a lot and agree its normally a ploy. We are both openly bi. If people refuse to meet us because of it, no hassle, it's their choice. Any straight guy messages we get like this get a polite thanks but no thanks then a delete

Yep.

I've lost count of the amount of single guys who tell me they are bi when I tell them I only want a bi guy for us both to play with.

Bi guy profiles go top of the pile x

This always makes me smile when people who hide their sexuality to get more meets miss out on hot bi sexual couples because of it. Just be true to yourself and others, if people don't like it then they aren't for you.

Our profile states that we are only looking for bi people. Still get lots of “straight “ people messaging.

We used to reply but got fed up of the usual “I’m Bi really but don’t want that on my profile”

Sad that even on a site like this they can’t be open about their sexuality.
