I keep seeing adverts for sleep recording apps but am terrified of hearing a voice I don't recognise or something

Does anyone else do it? Have you picked up something scary? Heard hilarious sleep talking etc?

These apps measure heart rate, movement even blood oxygen levels through breathing patterns. It’s not a camera
