I find when my stomach is aggravated my anxiety rockets. It's a vicious circle. I try to calm my stomach with Lanzoprazole and stay clear of spicy foods and fizzy drinks. I hope you get some relief x

Okayish. My asthma has been a nightmare thanks to hayfever so it's left me feeling exhausted. I'm very happy though as I have lots of lovely plans for next week.

I hate that feeling after a bad asthma attack people don't seem to grasp how worn out you feel afterwards, I have had attacks over night and spent most of the next day sleeping because it has left me shattered, hope you feel better soon and you can get the hay fever under control for next week

Productive morning - 40 min workout done at home, 2 washings out and a pallet table painted.

Now to get a shower and drop things off at charity shop, drop son off at a garden party, get more paint for fence and make the afternoon just as productive.
