I'm happy.

Changing jobs has had a positive effect on my mental health. My new boss has been so supportive.

I have a lot to be grateful for tbh including my boys who have blown me away with how they adult.

Spending the day with them both and I can't wait

Yes! Weather is looking brighter, people seem happier, i have a few job prospects coming up as well as some actual dates with non fab peeps. I would be happiest if i could lose a stone overnight without cutting off ny head though. 4L water a day here i come!

Absolutely. Happiness is a fleeting emotion, just like anger or joy or jealousy. Being content is a much more realistic goal.

This is sad, but understandable. Fab is brutal on single guys even at the best of times, and if it's not the best of times... probably safest to log out for a while, and come back again when you're feeling rather better.
