Nice and peaceful day, few odd jobs and then out for a lovely, long walk with my pooch, now chilling out in a candle lit bubble bath. Can't ask for much more than that!

I hope the diabetes thing went ok it’s not as bad as it sounds I just watch what I eat do exercise

Garden most of the day. Mist cleared. Coped a squat on our newly refurbished bench in the sunshine.. caught some rays..

Ribs for afternoon brunch lunch. Now preparing for and evening's date night .. all in all a nice day...
