I am a wine snob buy from the vineyard producers, like different wines with different bouquet. Won't buy supermarket wins except very rarely. Reds Manly but few whites like white Rioja. 48 Bottles just ordered

Yes but it depends on the year and if it is a blended wine ultimate what it tastes like. There are some wines and regions prefer but for the most part but again what tastes good.

For now , seriously wine is very personal and our tastes change depending on many factors and age, year, blending list goes on.

When you're in a restaurant and the wine waiter comes up to you with their recommendations do you say thank you but just give me the wine list. How many have tased wine and said no thank you

My OH for years bawked at red wine, until I found one I knew she'd like (one of the reasons have to buy in bulk)

All this red wine with red meat and white wine with white is just marketing. wine should compliment food not over power it

Nicely chilled, nice dry wine always complements something sweet

I always go for white wine, usually the house white.

I haven't been drinking wine for long and don't really know the difference in the whites.

I am definitely not a fan of red wine

Wines drier they have more alcohol, darker the white wine tends be older. If you like Brussels (the veg) sweet you many prefer your wine - so the lighter coloured white wine.

If you like the drier wines look at the alcohol content. 8ish tends to be sweet, 10ish tend to be medium 15 is dry is brut os ver dry.

Hope this helps someone
