Seems that fewer reps isn't helping me develop. I really fricking enjoy deadlifts. And I've no idea why. | |||

We do programmes where we start at around 12 reps then go down week by wee until we test our 1 rep max then start again. We also do lots of fluff work as well to help. Today we did good mornings and box lunges followed by barbell goblet squats and kb swings. | |||

Managed 120 OK, but figure my back or knee would probably give out past that! Maybe if I had some actual supervision! | |||
