I always forget something, whether it is my swimming cozzy or a pair of heels or something... then I am frustrated... because I have to buy a new pair

I'm the same. O.C.D means I usually have a list and pack/unpack 2-3 times before I go... But I suppose I try and make up for my mother's awful memory. She's forgotten passports, underwear and money before!

Well there's a 1400 spin washer in laundry room that's looking quite tempting at the moment

A world of my own

Like Afroditi, I ALWAYS forget something, even though I make list after list, the worst time was when I forgot my bras! Nightmare!

Going away in 6 weeks and I'm checking and ticking off lists etc, but I know no matter what I'll forget something!

Sometimes I think I should put something to one side that I will deliberately forget so that way hopefully I wont forget anything that matters... if that makes any sense...;-)

I havent forgotten anything important but on our last family holliday 3 years ago we were packing up our tent at the end of our 2 weeks when a family turned up for the next pitch they had driven from geordie land down to the lizard and when opening their car they got the tent out to find there was no poles. after "some " arguing they approached the site owner who was talking to us and asked if there was any camping shops near. she gave them some numbers and a phoning session ensued for them to find that there were no poles available much crying from the wife and kids. i said to the mrs that we had said we were going to sell our tent when we got home so why not see if they wanted it, asked them if they wanted it for £40 as it was still up. I have never seen a family perk up so fast. the bloke handed my mrs some cash which she just put in her pocket. we left later when we stopped for a drink she went to put it away and found there was £70 result

Central

I did forget/lose a passport, but was allowed to travel, after pleading/phone calls. Won't plan to do that again though, as probably a lucky first/only time episode.
