Yes especially in the Gwydir forest I think its called the Marin.

Gwydir Forest is good as recommended above. Also, if you Google Coed Y Brenin, plenty of resources there.

Turns out bike shops are really busy right now and might take a week to do a service, so can't go there today anymore

When we walked up Snowdon, people with smaller Quads than you were biking to the top

Bikes are only allowed up Mt Snowdon before a certain time in the morning. I can't remember the precise time. Plenty of other routes around it though. Not all rideable, you'll be carrying your bike across some sections but that's all part of the adventure
