For me it would have to be Thom Kerridge he cooks proper food

Gordon Ramsay, to see if he is as good as he thinks he is. I'd shout at him if he gives me anything that isn't perfect.

Actually, I'd probably go with Heston, because he's a much nicer bloke and his food interests me more. Luke
