I've got this issue whereby my stomach tends to bloat quite easily as a result of consuming food. I'm not one for exercise, but really do want to shift this belly.

That could be down to a number of things; you should get checked out just to be on the safe side and rule out food intolerances

You could do a food diary? You can use the app MyFitnessPal?

If it’s bloating it’s maybe more of an allergy, intolerance?

Gluten and dairy seem to be triggers for a lot of people

Newry Down

It might be beneficial to determine whether you have a food allergy; eliminate the suspected entirely for a long period and the reintroduce it, and note any bloating; a lot of people have a gluten allergy.

somewhere, someplace

Food diary is your best friend for this, then you can note when you get the bloating and reference back to it, hidden ingredients are the worst, but it's how we narrowed down my dairy intolerance x

Speak to any pharmacist, then go visit another as two opinions are better than one.

It's free and doesn't need an appointment.

Bloating and ‘belly’ are two different things, bloat isn’t fat, it’s usually food intolerances and reactions to foods or build up of gasses

As loads above had said, before turning to meds, its definetly worth keeping a food diary for a month of everything you eat and drink as it sounds like something could be triggering it. Note when your bloating starts and ends and if your bowel movements are affected at all. Let us all know how you are getting on
