Do you use the same supermarket

Do you use the same supermarket or vary where you shop?

I use the local Sainsbury’s for day to day items and currently use Lidl or Aldi for bigger main shop.

Occasionally use Asda which is further from me.

Do like M & S as well occasionally.

No longer keen on Tesco.

I like Lidl and Aldi as they never usually move the regular stuff around so eggs will always be in the same place (for example) and then there are the aisles with the stuff you never knew you wanted.

Somewhere near here

Tesco for me. I have the choice of tesco or asda locally. I don’t like asda, it’s always crowded and people aren’t very friendly in there, it’s in the middle of town. Tesco however is outside of town so is more for us country folk, staff are friendly and helpful, carpark easier to use and far less crowded.

Lidl and Aldi smell funny

BRIDPORT

Always go to the co op in the local town.

Under ‘normal’ circumstances it’s the one that stays open latest so it’s just more convenient. Don’t know how it compares on price or stock selection as don’t go in the others.

This. Butcher, greengrocer and other locals for all mains. Coop for some minor bits. Much better quality and so much cheaper too

I vary, mainly due to supporting local traders over the last 12 months. We have a local butcher and a bakery which supply great things, so the supermarket is for everything they don’t sell, usually Aldi, Tesco or Lidl

Love LidlyAldi purely for randomness! Sometimes this middle isles serve up gems!

Otherwise.... I’m a creature of habits so stick to Tesco as know where everything is! Quick in and out

I am a shopping whore! I will go anywhere as long as the offers are good.

Branded stuff from Asda delivered monthly, and weekly stuff mainly Lidl or the Co Op, or our little Sainsburys nearby.

On a mooch

It has become whatever has what I need in stock on Amazon or Deliveroo. So a mixture of Morrison’s, Sainsbury’s, Co-op, Waitrose and Booths.

I hate shopping so liking this new way of life and stops me going ‘oh we’ll just try this or that’. I occasionally have to go if ran out of a particular spice or herb that isn’t offered online.

Prefer the local butchers abd veg shops, I’ll go to Morrison’s for half of the shop, but try and use local businesses where I can.

Chams or Socials

I use Farmfoods for bulk buys of pasta, rice, loo roll & teabags etc..

Aldi for most other stuff.

I only go elsewhere if I really have to. For emergency supplies we have a Co-Op at the end of the road

Only use Aldi for the pizzas, snacks and the Aisle of Shite, mostly.

Mozzers for everything else.

Can't do a full shop at one place, can get majority but not everything we need.

We do the majority at Aldi or Lidl then few bits here and there from Iceland or Asda.

I use Tesco, mainly for clubcard deals and points which I then convert into Virgin Atlantic points to get myself a flight somewhere.

Maldon

Is this some kind of weird research for Sydney University?

Off to the M&S foodhall in a moment, just a five minute walk. Also use Tesco - 15 minute walk.

During lockdown, apart from putting the bins out, the walk to Tesco was the highlight of my week!
