When physically running your best days are ALWAYS behind you.

So why not just quit when your ahead?

That's why I stopped after doing the London marathon (I actually did.... Got a medal and everything )

Nike reputedly recently made a trainer for sale with real blood in its sole.

Maybe it was called the Rambo trainer?

I can tell Nike that won't be its first product with blood in its sole...that's for sure!
