I've worked in IT Support and it's all about work arounds. I write small computer programs for my personal use as workarounds also.

To aid my mum putting her used insulin pen needles into the sharps box I chopped off the conical end of a one litre mixer bottle and shoved the pointy end into the box ...I then added more mixer bottle funnels til I have a stack at waist height and now she deposits her needles with ease..and no more crawling around looking for ones that missed the hole

I shave using two razors....one in the sink soaking the foam and cut whiskers off while I use the other fresh one
