Ruislip

Our two favourite breakfasts:

1. Toasted English muffin topped with hollandaise sauce, smoked salmon and a poached egg.

2. Eggy brioche with fruit compote or maple syrup.

I make my own granola so it doesn’t have sugar, I have it with plain kefir yogurt, it’s delicious.

Nearer than you think

I don't mind, as long as it arrives on a tray in my bedroom with a fresh pot of hot coffee.

"Greek yoghurt with chia seeds and blueberries "

Apparently chia seeds aren't too good for men because of one of acids they contain. It can cause a prostate cancer.

Google it as we're not 100% certain about it. We found an article about few years ago and Mr doesn't eat it since then.

I could eat pasta every day all day and lasagne is one of my favourites. Must to be homemade though and I'm way to lazy to make it now
