Martin Bashir's fabricated documents

Being from Ireland, I have affinity with the British Royal family, but I am shocked at Martin Bashir's actions in fabricating documents pertaining to the late Princess Diana.

It is stunning the depths that journalists will sink to, to achieve a 'scoop'.

I think that there is a lot more that will be revealed about Diana's tragic end, after having been hounded by the media for years.

Lord Dyson has shone a light into a very dirty hole within the BBC, which the former Director General, now Lord Hall, failed to do.

He should immediately resign from the House of Lords.

Martin Bashir was head of religious broadcasting within the BBC, until last week.

The irony of that role is worthy of note!

I reckon he faked the MJ documentary too and asked MJ if he'd like to come shopping in a closed shop with HIM and asked MJ if he wanted a quick go in HIS mobility scooter and shiz....

Bashir has quite the record. The Diana interview and Michael Jackson plus angering Quinten Tarrantino and Robert Downey Jr to the point they cancelled their interviews.

I've always thought he had an air of smugness and arrogance about him.

Sounds like Bashir was was typical journalist...

To be fair to the BBC they're generally way better than the rest of the press in this regard.

I actually try not to read about the royals too much but I read a couple of articles about this at lunchtime. Sounds like she, Diana, did mostly know what she was getting into and actually wanted to cause some trouble. She was going against the advice of people around her regarding how dodgy Bashir seemed.

Doesn't that go against what they preach?

BBC: emploer and protector of pedophiles, harborer of liars and threateners of compulsory subscription.

Makes you feel proud doesn't it?

The News of the World got shut down, it's only a matter of time and a lot of skating of thin ice...
