My pt came over at 7 and we focussed on deadlift form with quite light weight. Have some great tips so my Friday night plans may include deadlifts too

Had planned to go out for a run early evening but it is too wet and I remembered that I have already done one run this year (lockdown has made me forgetful)

So I will probably crack open a bottle of fruit flavoured gin add a slice of lemon and count that as two of my 5 a day. The health push is going down a treat.
