Have you ever had an unusual pet?

As much as I would love to have a dog, it's tough when living in rental properties.

When I lived in Germany I owned a snake. He was an East African Sand Boa, I named him Doug Burroughs.

Terrapins have a long lifespan. I had two when I was young but they were very snappy

My ex had a bearded dragon that was lovely. Would let her out to skit around the house with the cat. She would occasionally sit on my shoulder and watch TV with me. The lizard, not my ex.

Had rabbits,snake,rats,hamsters,cats and dogs

Had 2 terrapins jack and Danny (slang for fanny)

Saved a dog from a junk yard that wasn’t being fed took it home and it wouldn’t eat, in the end I had to make a sandwich put it in a sandwich bag and throw it on the floor at first as it was so used to stealing food, she also stank of diesel and diesel we named her.

Now we have a ferret (also stinks) lol

I've got three dogs, aren't I lucky?! Two of them would fit in a handbag and like to be permanently in contact with a human, preferablyfemale. Much like many of the guys on here
